Stupid Bank Robbers

This is Bob and Bobber. They are stupid bank robbers. I’ve included these few sentences just in case you, the reader, are a slobbering moron, and could not draw those conclusions from the title. Not to insult you, but that’s like a standard writing rule is to assume your reader knows nothing. Which is probably the only writing rule I’ll ever keep in these stories. Anyway, let’s get back to the story. Bob and Bobber are outside the Really Safe Bank. “Bank Robbing for Dummies, Chapter one.” Read Bob. “Wait, how did I just read that? Forget this.” Bob threw the book away. And so the dynamic duo of dumbness (that’s alliteration, write it down) marched into the bank. They walked up and confronted the teller. “Give us the valuable green paper rectangles!” exclaimed Bobber. “Or what, you’ll annoy us to death?!” laughed the teller. Teller get their kicks when they can. So Bob and Bobber pulled out long, brown, shiny…*dramatic pause*…*snoring* …uhhhhhhh…oh yeah…sticks. Everyone in the bank erupted into laughter. BANG! Bobber’s stick went off. “Hey Bob, they work!” he said. So the teller had no choice but to hand over the “valuable green paper rectangles”. Bob and Bobber ran out of the bank toward a red Corvette. Then they hopped into their 1963 pink and yellow beetle with “Flower Power” decals. Suddenly they heard sirens. “Prepare for high speed chase.” Said Bob. Bobber pressed a button and…*dramatic pause*…*trips*…the trunk opened. He got out and pulled out a…*dramatic pause*…this is getting annoying, isn’t it…little red wagon with “Escape Vehicle” written (incorrectly) on the side. It didn’t take long for the police to catch tem. The biggest trouble they had with them was figuring out whether to put them in jail, or the insane asylum.
